What You’ll Do
As Hospital Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations at our Southbridge hospital, ensuring both pets and people receive outstanding care and service. Your role will include:
- Leadership & Team Management: Cultivate a positive, collaborative work culture while managing and mentoring a talented team.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee staff scheduling, financial oversight, payroll, and inventory management to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Exceptional Client Care: Build lasting relationships with our clients and community by fostering excellent customer service.
- Mission Advancement: Participate in offsite vaccine clinics and community outreach, and represent Second Chance at occasional Saturday events.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in the veterinary field (management experience required).
- Strong skills in team leadership, financial oversight, and customer service.
- A compassionate, upbeat, and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- A desire to lead by example and inspire excellence in others.
