Weekly In-Hospital Vaccine Clinics
Choosing the best option for your pet:
Our vaccine clinics offer a quick and affordable way to update your pet’s vaccines or receive a nail trim. However, they are not ideal for all pets. If your pet is easily stressed, requires premedication, or has other health concerns, we recommend scheduling a wellness exam instead for a more relaxed environment and personalized care.
Important Information Before You Register
Owners stay in the waiting area – Pets are brought into the exam room by our staff. If you prefer to be with your pet during the visit, please book a wellness exam instead.
Vaccine clinic fees are non-refundable – Please double-check your schedule before booking. No-shows will be considered a donation.
Confirm your pet is due for vaccines – Check your pet’s records or use the age chart below for first-time vaccinations. You will need to upload vaccine documentation during registration if it’s not already on file.
Arrive on time – Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
Register online – To keep phone lines open for emergencies, we encourage online registration. Those without internet access may register by phone during hospital hours.
How to Qualify for a 3-Year Booster
To receive a 3-year booster, you must provide proof of prior vaccination before your appointment. Without documentation on file, the certificate will default to a 1-year booster, and a reprint fee may apply.
How to Submit Paperwork:
- Upload it during online registration
- Reply to your confirmation email with attachments
- Drop it off at the hospital in advance
Minimum Pet Age Requirements:
- Rabies – 12 weeks
- Distemper – 6 weeks
- Microchip – 8 weeks

Local Community Vaccine Clinics
Second Chance hosts low-cost vaccine clinics in towns across Central and Western Massachusetts throughout the year. These clinics help protect all the pets in the community by stopping the spread of rabies and parvo.
Advance registration is encouraged, as space is limited. Walk-ins will be permitted as time allows.
