Your support will change the lives of pets in need!
One of the most meaningful ways to create a lasting impact for animals—today and for future generations—is by including Second Chance Animal Services in your estate plan. An estate gift allows your compassion for pets to carry on long into the future, leaving a legacy of kindness and care. Below are some common options to include Second Chance in your estate plans:
Leave a legacy with a bequest
A simple way to help many pets for years. You can include Second Chance Animal Services in a new or existing will. We recommend consulting an estate planning attorney for guidance.
Sample wording:
“I give to Second Chance Animal Services, a non-profit organization with a principal place of business in East Brookfield, MA, and Federal Tax ID 04-3490671, the amount of _____ for its general purposes.”
If you’re especially passionate about a specific program or service, you may choose to designate your gift to that area.
Already have a Will or Living Trust and prefer not to rewrite it? You can easily add a bequest through a Codicil, a simple document that adds new instructions without changing your existing plans.
Add Second Chance as a beneficiary
You can also designate Second Chance as a beneficiary for your life insurance policy, 401(k), IRA, or stock holdings. Just request a beneficiary form from your insurance agent, plan administrator, or broker, and include:
Second Chance Animal Services
111 Young Road, East Brookfield, MA 01515
Federal Tax ID: 04-3490671
